At French Brand Dresses, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Refunds & Exchanges
To qualify for a refund or exchange, the item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- In the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be refunded or exchanged:
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or purchased during promotional discounts.
- Products that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.
How to Request a Refund or Exchange
- Contact our customer service team to initiate a return.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
- Return the item using a tracked shipping method (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility).
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.
Refund Processing
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please indicate your preference when contacting customer service. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
